Dr Helen Tucker awarded an MBE

Congratulations to Dr Helen Tucker MBE, Fellow and former President of the Community Hospitals Association.

Helen has been awarded an MBE for services to community hospitals. For almost 40 years, she has done so much to raise their profile and to champion the part they play in community health and wellbeing, and she has visited more than half of all community hospitals across the UK.

“I am so delighted and honoured to receive this award.  I share this recognition with colleagues, friends and family who have made this possible. I will continue with my commitment to community hospitals and the invaluable service they provide to their communities.”
