We enjoyed co-hosting this "Integrated Care Matters" webinar. The session looked at the role of community and subacute hospitals in delivering integrated care, rehabilitation and intermediate care closer to home, with speakers comparing bed-based care models from the UK, Italy and Malta. Speakers included Dr Francesca Farrugia, Imma Cacciapuoti.
